Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional experience may compensate.
• FDNY F-02 certification required within 30 days of hire.
• FDNY F80 Fireguard certificate required within 60 days of hire.
• Experience supervising in residential facilities; homelessness/mental illness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Aides and conduct initial client intakes.
• Enter progress notes in DHS CARES system and assign beds.
• Inspect client rooms and dorms; enforce rules and routines.
• Develop team through supervision, feedback, and meetings.
