This remote-first role focuses on delivering exceptional workplace experiences, with in-person work required at the SF office and coordination with cross-functional partners.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in workplace operations, hospitality mindset, strong communication, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in workplace, facilities, hospitality, or office operations.
• Strong operational and organizational skills with multi-priority handling.
• Hospitality-oriented service mindset and reliable employee experience focus.
• Experience managing workplace vendors and accountability for quality and timelines.
• Ability to collaborate with external partners such as contractors and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the San Francisco headquarters and manage services.
• Be the on-site contact for building management and coordinate maintenance work.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor service quality and scope.
• Respond to Workplace Support Portal requests and identify recurring issues.
• Partner with Workplace Manager on office updates and schedule-aligned work.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and Events to deliver coordinated on-site experiences.
• Support office activations, events, and logistics with internal and external partners.
• Maintain SF Office Guide and local workplace policies for employee guidance.
• Use feedback to recommend practical improvements for the workspace.
