Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Workplace Experience Associate to ensure world-class customer service for employees and guests across a designated SF building. The role focuses on keeping spaces ready, coordinating services, and guiding workplace peers with an ownership mindset.

You will manage daily operations, assist with events and facilities tasks, and use Jira and Slack to track requests from intake to closure. This is an on-site, full-time position reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace operations or facilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• On-site role in the San Francisco area with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site walks and coordinate service delivery for workstations, rooms, furniture, and supplies.
• Manage employee and guest support including check-in and escorting within site access procedures.
• Own and triage requests across Jira, Slack, and workplace systems from intake to closure.
