Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Global Workplace Business Operations Lead to scale our Workplace Experience team worldwide. You will design the operating framework, drive planning, resource allocation, and governance, and stay hands-on to deliver results across offices and remote populations.

You will own capital-project delivery, portfolio controls, and financial planning in partnership with Finance, setting measures of success and ensuring operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workplace ops, CRE, or facilities with multi-site programs.
• Autonomy in executing plans and delivering results.
• Proven project and program management experience.
• Experience delivering office buildouts or relocations.
• Strong forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to establish planning, governance, and performance measures.
• Leadership across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workplace operating framework with annual and quarterly planning.
• Lead internal capital-project delivery across office openings and refreshes.
• Own portfolio controls: lease administration, space data, portfolio reporting.
• Drive financial planning: forecasts, actuals, variance analysis.
• Set systems and reporting roadmaps for workplace tools.
• Lead EHS program governance and risk remediation.
• Set standards for delivery and handover and ensure transfer to local ops.
• Serve as a senior operating partner and cross-functional reviews.
