Broccoli AI is seeking a Senior Director of AI Strategy to lead value creation across our most strategic PE-backed and franchise customers. You will own the value thesis, sit with CEOs, CFOs, and PE partners, and guide teams delivering deployments and adoption.

Expect travel to build executive relationships and drive outcomes. You will oversee the on-account team, balance technology, people, and process levers, and shape our roadmap with direct influence on EBITDA, revenue, and margins through

Qualifications

• 10+ years across PE value creation or operating-partner roles, top-tier consulting (MBB), or senior operating roles in trades, industrials, or field services.
• A track record of measurable impact: EBITDA, margin, revenue, or operational improvement you drove through execution, not just recommended.
• Customer obsession and a track record of delivering tangible value to sponsors, boards, CEOs, and CFOs.
• Credibility operating at the top with sponsors and executives, and ability to present clearly with executive-ready slides.
• Deep operational knowledge of how roll-up businesses run and where leverage hides.
• An AI-native mindset, daily use of AI tools, and strong intuition for how AI reshapes organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the value outcome on each account: quantify ROI/EBITDA impact, revenue, and labor savings, and translate frontline results into board-level reporting.
• Diagnose performance gaps across locations and close the gap across technology, people, and process.
• Drive expansion into additional AI products and locations, growing each account toward the platform.
• Direct the on-account team (implementation, customer success, forward-deployed engineers) while staying accountable for outcomes.
• Partner with CEOs, CFOs, and PE sponsors to carry the value story to the top and align on strategy.
• Feed learnings back to Product, Engineering, and Operations to shape roadmaps and operating models.
