Broccoli AI is seeking an AI Strategy Lead in San Francisco to drive value creation across PE-backed growth accounts. You will partner with the CEO, lead cross-functional teams, and own the outcome for each location, delivering measurable EBITDA and revenue impact while expanding AI adoption across portfolios.

You will work in-person five days a week with a team of engineers, product and operations specialists to shape the future of AI-driven trades and home services providers.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in PE value creation or operating roles.
• Track record of EBITDA, margin, revenue improvements.
• Executive presence with senior leaders.
• Strong numerical fluency and data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Own the outcome on each account: quantify ROI, EBITDA impact, revenue, and labor savings; report to customer leadership.
• Diagnose why locations outperform or lag; close gaps across tech, people, and process.
• Drive expansion into more AI products and locations within accounts.
• Support the CEO on executive relationships, value storytelling, and day-to-day with leadership.
• Direct the on-account team (implementation, customer success, engineers) and stay accountable for outcomes.
• Feedback field learnings to Product, Engineering, and Operations to shape roadmap and operating model.
