Broccoli AI in San Francisco is looking for an AI Customer Strategy Lead to drive customer value from rollout to live operation. You will own end-to-end deployment, tailor the platform to each contractor’s front office, and collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to deliver measurable ROI and savings.

The role requires 4–8+ years in implementation or platform migration, with a focus on getting customers live and achieving adoption across multiple locations.

Formación

• 4–8+ years in implementation, onboarding, deployment, or platform migration at high-growth software or ops-heavy company.
• Experience with getting customers live and adopting across a portfolio.
• Comfort with data: pull numbers, show impact, tell the story.

Responsabilidades

• Own the rollout from signed to live on the platform across front office, technicians, and locations.
• Learn each customer’s business and configure the platform to fit how they operate.
• Drive adoption and quantify value (ROI, revenue, labor savings).
• Manage multiple customer rollouts simultaneously and keep on track to go-live and value.
