Job summary

Broccoli AI in San Francisco is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to tackle the company’s most important analytical problems. You’ll own the model, the analysis, and the data work, turning ambiguous questions into actionable answers for leadership.

You will collaborate across business operations and intelligence, building deep-dives, dashboards, and repeatable tools from Broccoli and ServiceTitan data to guide strategic decisions and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience at a top consulting firm with hands-on data work.
• Passion for applying AI tools and technologies to solve real business problems.
• High-ownership mindset with bias toward action and execution.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excited to work in-person five days per week with the team in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic deep dives end to end — frame the question, build the analysis, deliver a clear recommendation to leadership.
• Support business performance management: KPIs, reporting, and operational reviews.
• Drive cross-functional projects with sales, customer success, and product — from sizing opportunities to changing how we operate based on data.
