• Coordinate with escrow officers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to facilitate closings.
• Perform basic math calculations for escrow, prorations, taxes, and insurance.
• Maintain accurate records of all transaction documentation using 10-key typing and computer systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Settlement Agent / Title Processor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will facilitate the smooth processing of real estate transactions by preparing and reviewing title documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title reports, title commitments, and escrow instructions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and process settlement documents, including closing disclosures, settlement statements, and contracts in accordance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations.
• Coordinate with escrow officers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to facilitate seamless transaction closings.
• Perform basic math calculations for escrow amounts, prorations, taxes, insurance, and other financial components involved in settlement processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all transaction documentation using 10-key typing skills and computer systems for efficient processing.
• Communicate with attorneys, lenders, realtors, and underwriters

• File ClearanceEducation and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of title clearance

NJ Title Producer License REQUIRED
