Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title reports, title commitments, and escrow instructions for accuracy.
• Prepare and process settlement documents, including closing disclosures and HUDs in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with escrow officers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to facilitate closings.
• Perform basic math calculations for escrow, prorations, taxes, and insurance.
• Maintain accurate records of all transaction documentation using 10-key typing and computer systems.
