Job summary

WizeHire, Inc. is seeking an experienced Title Professional to join our office-based team in a fast-paced environment with frequent high-level client contact.

The role offers salary, bonus, 401(k) profit participation, and growth opportunities. You will handle title processing for sale and refinance transactions, review contracts and title abstracts, ensure compliance with title commitments, and maintain strong communication with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience as a real estate title or mortgage processor
• Great attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Title Processing of sale and refinance transactions
• Reviewing contracts
• Review title abstracts
• Verify compliance with title commitment requirements
• Communicating frequently with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders
• Track the progress of file inputs/requirements to ensure that the transaction is able to meet the settlement date
• Input data to Qualia and create documents for closing
• Prepare and balance Closing Disclosure/ALTA based on lender instructions, contract, and title requirements
• Upload signed documents to the lender for funding authorization
• Balance the file to the lender's and buyer's wire, and prepare disbursements
• Collaborate with title examiner and underwriter to prepare title insurance policy and binders and title commitments, and with loan closer to prepare HUD-1 real estate settlement statements
