Job summary

Guild Garage Group is seeking a ServiceTitan Integrations Manager (PSM) for Residential Home Services (Garage Doors). This remote role oversees onboarding, implementation, adoption, and optimization of ServiceTitan for multiple brands and reports to the VP of Integrations.

Hands-on ServiceTitan experience is required, with strong project management and coaching skills. The role focuses on guidance through lifecycle onboarding, set-up of processes, and ensuring standard practices across brands,

Qualifications

• The candidate has expert-level ServiceTitan knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Experience onboarding and supporting multi-location service businesses.
• Strong training, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Proven project management and implementation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner lifecycle management as the primary ServiceTitan contact for assigned brands.
• Lead onboarding and implementation of ServiceTitan core and Pro products.
• Train CSRs, dispatchers, technicians, and managers on workflows.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve adoption and performance.
• Travel onsite for go-live support as needed.
