Job summary

EY in Anywhere in Country is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Senior Manager to lead complex engagements, drive business cases, and build I.T. and organizational change roadmaps. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, mentor staff, and leverage AI-enabled solutions to deliver measurable client value.

The role emphasizes client relationships, executive communication, and the ability to coordinate across service lines in a global EY network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 2+ ServiceNow certifications including CSA/CAD or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, client management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow transformation programs and client engagements.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps and solution architectures.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and risk management.
