Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation programs across ESM/GBS in a dynamic, client‑facing role. You’ll drive engagements, shape solutions with business stakeholders, and mentor delivery teams in a rapidly growing practice.

You’ll combine technical design with strategic thinking, manage workshops, and apply emerging AI capabilities to deliver measurable value. Travel to meet clients may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, ISM, Engineering or similar.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• At least one of: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management implementations.
• 3+ years Big4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong soft skills and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and delivery.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (3–5, incl. offshore).
• Guide implementations with business objectives in mind.
• Analyze ESM/GBS capabilities and contribute to roadmaps.
• Advise on practical AI use cases across functions.
• Lead client conversations and workshops.
