Job summary

EY seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation teams in a growing client services area. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective architectures while mentoring a mixed team, including offshore resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, ISM, or engineering.
2–4 years ServiceNow project experience.
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
3+ years Big 4 consulting experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Driver’s license and ability to travel in the US.

Responsibilities

Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions.
Lead ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements including design, config, testing and deployment.
Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (3-5 resources, incl. offshore).
Deliver high-quality project artifacts and client workshops.
