Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

The role requires leadership across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules, plus hands-on configuration, scripting, and security focus. The candidate will drive technical designs, oversee integrations, and ensure adherence to best practices while collaborating with developers and business stakeholders.

Formación

• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Knowledge of workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, and platform security.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• CTA certification or the specific Technical Architect certification required by the client.
