Experience as a Senior Architect/consultant and strong ServiceNow expertise are required to lead end-to-end implementations and transformations in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Senior Architect/consultant on ServiceNow implementations.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB transformations and ITIL alignment.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform assessment, security and monitoring.
• Ability to design, review and guide end-to-end transformation programs.

Job Description: TCS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive solutioning, client engagement, and pursuit leadership across the US market. The role will partner with sales, and delivery teams to craft innovative, value-driven solutions and articulate TCS's value proposition to executive stakeholders and shape winning opportunities.

Experience as a Senior Architect / consultant

• Candidates should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and transformations.
• Strong knowledge on ServiceNow platform assessment and provide best practice recommendations.
• Candidate should have Knowledge on ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring
• Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
• Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development
• Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances.
• Experienced in leading end to end Implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM and CMDB.
• Strong work experience and associated with projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.
• Candidates should have strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD design and implementation and transformation for large customers.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to team.
• Design technical solutions and best practices guidance based on customer requirements and convert them to functional requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
• Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards.
• Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and ITIL V3 foundation.
• Nice to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle and ServiceNow HAM & SAM Pro features and functions.
• Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
• Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Greenfield, Replatform, Consolidation and Migration Experience
• Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from the definition phase through implementation.
• Review work of development team and provide best practice
• Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Communicate and enforce coding standards
• Develop and utilize deep platform knowledge and expertise in:
• Workflow Configuration
• Deep understanding of Application UI Configuration and Custom apps.
• Coaching and mentoring others and responsible for their career development, education and certification commensurate with the requirements of the practice strategy

Salary Range: $224,400-$303,600 a year
