Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM modules.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.
• Familiarity with workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, and security.
• Ability to lead technical efforts and communicate with stakeholders.
• CTA certification or client-mandated Technical Architect certification.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and a valid ServiceNow Technical Architect certification. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
