Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. The role requires strong architecture knowledge and a valid CTA certification or client-specific Architect cert.

Responsibilities include leading implementations and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, ensuring best practices, and coordinating with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and a valid ServiceNow Technical Architect certification. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

• Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Lead ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and customizations.

• Review technical designs and ensure solution quality.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Knowledge of workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, and platform security.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or the specific Technical Architect certification required by the client.
