Job summary

Techaxis, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect with Senior Architect/consultant background to lead large-scale implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM and CMDB.

Must hold Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect and demonstrate extensive ServiceNow expertise. The candidate will design technical solutions, review requirements for accurate estimation, mentor teams, and drive best practices in security, integrations, and platform releases.

Qualifications

• Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect required.
• Senior Architect / consultant with ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB design and transformation.
• Experience leading end-to-end implementation and transformation programs.
• Knowledge of platform security, authorization, and monitoring on ServiceNow.
• Ability to transform requirements into functional specifications.
• Mentor and guide the project team through complex deployments.
• Experience with upgrades, migrations and integrations for large customers.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and best practices based on customer requirements.
• Review requirements to ensure detail sufficient for accurate estimation.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation programs (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CMDB).
• Coordinate integrations with third-party tools and orchestrations.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members on ServiceNow deployments.
• Drive project management activities and ensure successful delivery.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect (need Certified Master Architect OR Certified technical architect)

Experience as a Senior Architect / consultant

• Candidates should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and transformations.
• Strong knowledge on ServiceNow platform assessment and provide best practice recommendations.
• Candidate should have Knowledge on ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring
• Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
• Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development
• Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances.
• Experienced in leading end to end Implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM and CMDB.
• Strong work experience and associated with projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.
• Candidates should have strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD design and implementation and transformation for large customers.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to team.
• Design technical solutions and best practices guidance based on customer requirements and convert them to functional requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
• Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards.
• Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and ITIL V3 foundation.
• Nice to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle and ServiceNow HAM & SAM Pro features and functions.
