Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Integrator to support GSM-O II, focusing on ServiceNow environments, cloud-native CI/CD, and DoD-compliant operations. The role requires coordinating with a technical team and ensuring secure, scalable deployments.

The candidate will stand up environments, integrate tools, and drive upgrades while adhering to STIGs and security guidelines in a DoD setting. On-site support at multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 4 years of relevant experience or MS with 2 years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance; Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT II within 14 days.
• ITIL foundation knowledge or ITIL certification.
• Experience architecting and delivering data-driven operations in a DoD environment with secure software.
• 2+ years hands-on experience standing up, configuring, and maintaining environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence.
• Willingness to commute to Scott AFB, Ft. Meade, Ogden, or San Antonio for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Establish environments for the ServiceNow team to execute their work.
• Create containers to enable microservices in a cloud-native app.
• Assist CI/CD development for software delivery.
• Support ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM module setup.
• Design and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Architect tools integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Coordinate and support platform upgrades and STIG compliance.
• Help design business processes and flows within ServiceNow.
• Work with the team to propose solutions based on business needs.
