Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Integrator to support the GSM-O II contract. The role focuses on establishing ServiceNow environments, containerization for cloud-native microservices, and advancing CI/CD for delivery.

You will coordinate upgrades, integrate tools, and help restructure business processes to improve mission outcomes. The position requires DoD security clearances, ITIL knowledge, and hands-on experience with DoD-security compliant software in a dynamic defense setting.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 2 years.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II within 14 days.
• ITIL foundation knowledge or certification.
• Experience building and delivering DoD-security compliant software.
• 2+ years hands-on experience standing up, configuring, and maintaining environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence.
• Willingness to commute to Scott AFB, IL; Ft. Meade, MD; Ogden, UT; or San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Establish environments for the ServiceNow team to execute their work.
• Prepare and create containers for cloud-native microservices integration.
• Assist in CI/CD development and implementation for software.
• Support ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules setup.
• Assist design, creation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow application.
• Architect tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Coordinate and support platform upgrades and vulnerability remediation.
• Assist business process flows and re-engineering to streamline capabilities.
• Work with the team to propose solutions based on business needs.
