Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Integrator for the GSM-O II contract to support DISN/DISA initiatives with a focus on ServiceNow environments and cloud-native integration. The role requires DoD clearance, ITIL familiarity, and hands-on deployment of ServiceNow modules.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in CI/CD, JIRA, Git, and Confluence, and can work on-site at multiple locations including San Antonio, TX. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS degree required; 2–4 years of prior relevant experience; Masters with less than 2 years is acceptable.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 14 days of start date.
• ITIL foundation knowledge or ITIL certification.
• Experience in architecture, design, development, and delivery of data-driven operations in a DoD environment; aligns with DoD security standards.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience standing up, configuring, and maintaining environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence.
• Ability to commute to Scott AFB, IL; Ft. Meade, MD; Ogden, UT; or San Antonio, TX for on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Establish environments for the ServiceNow team to execute their work.
• Prepare and create containers to enable microservices in a cloud-native app.
• Assist in CI/CD of software.
• Support ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM modules.
• Assist design, creation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow app.
• Architect and design tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Coordinate and support platform upgrades.
• Resolve STIGs and vulnerability findings.
• Design business process flows and support re-engineering to streamline capabilities in ServiceNow.
• Identify trends in customer data to improve experience and network performance.
• Interact with customer on Systems Engineering considerations and problems.
• Ensure infrastructure deployment with proper nodes, storage, and security for ServiceNow.
