Job summary

Leidos Inc. seeks a Systems Integrator for the GSM-O II contract to support DISN operations within the DOD network. You will establish environments for ServiceNow teams, containerize microservices, and contribute to CI/CD and module implementations.

The role requires DoD security clearances, ITIL familiarity, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow developments in a DoD setting. On-site support at multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree or higher with related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 14 days of start date.
• Understanding ITIL foundation or ITIL certified.
• Experience architecting and delivering data-driven DoD software within security standards.
• 2+ years configuring and maintaining environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish environments for the ServiceNow team to execute their work.
• Create containers to enable microservices in a cloud-native app.
• Assist CI/CD development for software delivery.
• Support ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM modules setup and upgrades.
• Design and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Architect tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Coordinate platform upgrades and address VT/STIG compliance.
• Work with Dev team to streamline business processes in ServiceNow.
