Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Integrator for the GSM-O II contract to support DISA/DISN operations. You will enable a ServiceNow-centric environment, integrate with cloud-native microservices, and drive CI/CD for secure deployments.

The role requires DoD clearance, ITIL knowledge, and 2+ years of hands-on experience in DoD-grade software environments. On-site availability at multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in a technical field; Master’s optional.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain DoD Top Secret.
• ITIL foundation knowledge or certification.
• Experience in architecture, design, and delivery of DoD-grade software in secure env.
• 2+ years standing up, configuring, and maintaining environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence.
• Willingness to commute to Scott AFB, IL or other listed sites.

Responsibilities

• Establish environments for the ServiceNow team to execute their work.
• Create containers to enable cloud-native microservices integration.
• Assist CI/CD for software delivery in ServiceNow.
• Support deployment of ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Assist in designing and maintaining the ServiceNow application and modules.
• Architect integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka)
• Coordinate and support platform upgrades and security scans (STIGs).
• Assist business process flows and re‑engineering for ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with team to meet operational needs and propose solutions.
