Job summary

Leidos seeks a Systems Integrator to support GSM-O II contract, DISN operations, maintenance, and defense programs. The role focuses on establishing ServiceNow environments, CI/CD, and tool integrations within a DoD context.

On-site work at multiple U.S. locations with potential travel; requires DoD clearance and ITIL/SE tooling experience. Join a mission-driven team delivering critical defense IT services.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance
• ITIL foundation understanding or certification
• Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 14 days of start
• Experience in architecture, design, development, and delivery of data-driven operations within a DoD environment meeting security standards (STIGs)
• 2+ years standing up, configuring, and maintaining environments
• Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence
• Ability to commute to Scott AFB, IL; Ft. Meade, MD; Ogden, UT; or San Antonio, TX for on-site work

Responsibilities

• Establish environments for the ServiceNow team to execute their work
• Prepare and create containers to support cloud-native microservices
• Assist in CI/CD development for software
• Support ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules
• Assist design, creation, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules
• Architect and design tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka)
• Coordinate and support platform upgrades
• Address vulnerabilities from STIGs and scans
• Assist in business process flow design and creation
• Collaborate with ServiceNow development team to meet business needs
• Configure ServiceNow functions to support operations
• Assist business process re-engineering to streamline capabilities
• Identify patterns in customer data to improve experience and network performance
• Interact with customer on Systems Engineering concerns
• Ensure infrastructure is properly set up with correct nodes, storage, and security
