Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Integrator for the GSM-O II contract to support DISN, DISA, and related mission partners. You will establish environments for ServiceNow, containerize microservices, and drive CI/CD within a cloud-native framework.

The role requires DoD security clearances, ITIL understanding, and hands-on work configuring ITSM/TSM modules, with travel to Scott AFB, Ft. Meade, Ogden, or San Antonio for on-site support.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance and ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Security+ certification or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 14 days of start date.
• Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified.
• Experience in architecture, design, development, and delivery of data driven operations capabilities within a DoD environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with standing up, configuring, and/or maintaining environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence.
• Must be able to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, Ogden, UT, or San Antonio, TX for primary on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Establish environments for the ServiceNow team to execute their work.
• Prepare and create containers to allow microservices to work cohesively in a cloud-native application.
• Assist in the development of the continuous integration and continuous delivery of software.
• Support the standup, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow’s ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Assist in the design, creation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow application and modules.
• Architect and design tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc)
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
• Resolve identified vulnerabilities associated with STIGs and Scans.
• Assist with design, creation of business process flows.
• Work with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies.
• Perform the necessary tasks to design and assist in configuring ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs.
• Support business process re-engineering activities to identify ways to streamline capabilities into ServiceNow.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to improve customer experience and network performance.
• Interact with the customer to address Systems Engineering considerations and problems.
• Ensure the infrastructure is properly setup with the right nodes, storage, and security parameters to host ServiceNow.
