Job summary

Leidos seeks a Systems Integrator in the Digital Modernization Sector for the GSM-O II contract to support DISN operations within the DODIN for DISA. You will architect and deploy ServiceNow environments, containerize microservices, and advance CI/CD pipelines across ITSM modules to enable mission-focused outcomes.

You will work with a highly technical team in a fast-paced setting, upgrading platforms, addressing STIGs, and ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 4 years of relevant experience or MS with 2 years of relevant experience; Doctorate considered.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT II within 14 days of start date.
• ITIL foundation knowledge or ITIL certification.
• Experience with DoD security standards and STIGs in software deployments.
• 2+ years standing up, configuring, and maintaining environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence.
• Ability to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, Ogden, UT, or San Antonio, TX for on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Establish environments for the ServiceNow team to execute work.
• Prepare and create containers for cloud-native microservices.
• Assist in CI/CD development and deployment of software.
• Support ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules configuration.
• Assist in design, creation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow application and modules.
• Architect and design tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Coordinate and support platform upgrades.
• Resolve vulnerabilities related to STIGs and scans.
• Assist with business process flows design and creation.
• Collaborate with the team to propose solutions based on business needs.
• Configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs.
• Support business process re-engineering to streamline capabilities into ServiceNow.
• Identify patterns in data to enhance customer experience and network performance.
• Interact with the customer on Systems Engineering considerations and issues.
• Ensure infrastructure has proper nodes, storage, and security for ServiceNow.
