Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow workflow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, or Asset Management.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on technological enhancements, develop strategy, and budgeting.
• Apply updates, patches, and perform regular maintenance tasks.
• Manage users/groups and implement security measures.
• Design and build ServiceNow applications and integrate them with other platforms.
