Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of IT platform administration or related experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT platform capabilities, including workflow automation, system configuration, and application integration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and API integrations.
• Certified in enterprise IT platform administration or IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and configures enterprise IT applications, forms, and automated workflows to improve business processes across multiple functions.
• Implements new system modules, performs architectural changes, and manages platform upgrades.
• Customizes applications and introduces new functionalities to support evolving business needs.
• Uses scripting and programming languages to create custom features, business rules, and reports.
