Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced ServiceNow administrator to join the OpsTech Solutions application development team in Austin, TX. You will manage ITBM, automate workflows, and collaborate with infrastructure and services teams to deliver high-quality IT services.

Ideal candidates have CSA certification and 3+ years with ServiceNow, plus 5+ years of experience delivering IT solutions with customers. The role includes upgrades, training, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of direct ServiceNow platform experience as admin/developer.
• 5+ years experience translating business needs into IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow ITBM.
• Identify platform optimization opportunities to improve UX and latency.
• Build scalable enhancements and integrations with cross-functional teams.
• Create ServiceNow workflows and business rules for improvements.
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and configurations with SDEs.
• Provide user training on ServiceNow processes, policies and procedures.
• Mentor teammates on project planning and estimation in ServiceNow.
