Job summary

The Doyle Group, a Denver-based IT consulting and placement firm, is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator / Systems Engineer to support and expand the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will administer ServiceNow, enhance ITSM workflows, and grow the service catalog across departments.

The role blends application platform work with foundational systems administration, including integrations, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled capabilities. Collaborate across IT teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Experience administering or supporting the ServiceNow platform.
Familiarity with ITSM processes and Service Catalog management.
Hands-on scripting with PowerShell or similar tools.
Experience with Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, AD).
Understanding of enterprise infrastructure concepts and server administration.

Responsibilities

Administer and support the organization’s ServiceNow platform.
Maintain ITSM capabilities including ticketing and request handling.
Build and expand the Service Catalog for multiple internal departments.
Configure workflows, automation, and request fulfillment processes.
Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
Support infrastructure components related to ServiceNow integrations and scripting.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery and user experience.
