Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, and related modules. You will translate business needs into scalable platform solutions, focusing on out-of-the-box capabilities with strategic customization where appropriate.

The role requires a ITSM-focused background, CIS ITSM certification, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant ServiceNow experience preferred.
• CIS ITSM certification or equivalent required.
• Experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, Integration Hub and workflow automation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, Integration Hub and workflow automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable workflows, automations, forms, integrations, dashboards and reports.
• Monitor system health, support incident resolution, test changes and ensure alignment with standards.
