Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Data Policies.
• Support testing, deployments, and update set management across dev, test, and prod environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review stories and requirements for new capabilities in monthly Sprints and Releases.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
