Job summary

Visa is seeking a CMDB Site Reliability Engineer to advance and maintain CMDB functionality on the ServiceNow platform within an Agile framework. You will own data management, CI relationships, and ITOM discovery, while delivering robust automation and integrations across cloud environments.

The role involves developing on the ServiceNow platform, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring CMDB health and data accuracy through dashboards and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years with a PhD.
• Four years’ Service Now development experience with in-depth knowledge of ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMDB data integrity, CI lifecycle management and reconciliation.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and automation using ServiceNow Studio and JavaScript.
• Integrate ServiceNow with cloud providers and other platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.
