Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM Developer to resolve high-priority incidents and support large-scale CMDB data onboarding, governance, and automation across IT operations. The role emphasizes Discovery, HAM, Service Mapping, and integration with REST APIs and Integration Hub.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of CMDB Administration experience, strong JavaScript skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA requirements

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow CMDB Administration with 5–8 years of experience.
• Experience with CMDB governance and health dashboards is a plus.
• Proficient in JavaScript and advanced ServiceNow scripting including Script Includes, GlideAjax, and Business Rules.
