Job description

ServiceNow CMDB Solution Architect (ITOM)

NOTE:
This is more on ITOM Side.
So they should be Discovery Certified with CMDB Skillset.
ITOM – certified preferred

Basic Requirements:

1. Minimum 10+ years Relevant ServiceNow Experience.
2. Total IT experience minimum 12+ Years in ServiceNow operations.
3. Responsible for handling escalations, participates in escalation meetings and should be solution oriented in decision makings.
4. Consult/guide the client with the best practices and solutions to new requirements, problem statements and roadmap for ServiceNow.
5. Should have managed a team of ServiceNow resources and is able to manage a team working remotely and on different time zones.
6. Excellent knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management Services: Business Application and Configuration item relationships.
7. Must have experience in CMDB, Orchestration, Discovery, Service Mapping, Integrations, Asset Management, MID Server configurations etc.
8. Expert on ServiceNow Discovery module, comfortable deploying discoveries in a multi-datacenter environment.
9. Experience in supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool.
10. ServiceNow Experience should include extensive scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment.
11. Specifically, candidates should possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog and workflows.
12. System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience. System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
13. Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML or HTML 5, Angular JS.
14. Experience in working on ServiceNow Development using Agile/Scrum methodology.
15. Ability to communicate fluently with client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

1. Very good exposure towards ITOM, Expertise in implementing agentless work in the enterprise using the ServiceNow Instance.
2. Experience in the new ServiceNow scoped applications, Virtual agent, Performance Analytics, ATF, Predictive Intelligence, Agent Workspace, Mobile app etc.
3. Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC).
4. Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
5. Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks.
6. Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills.
7. Minimum ServiceNow CSA and ITIL certification.
8. Preferred: ITOM Discovery / CIS/ CAD ServiceNow certification is an advantage.
