ICF is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications for federal contracts. You will contribute to designing and deploying solutions that meet client business requirements and uphold security and compliance standards.

Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to implement best practices, develop scripts, perform data migrations, and build integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 1+ years experience in JavaScript.
• 1+ years experience in agile software development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure and implement ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Support data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow with validated data structures.
• Assist with integration of ServiceNow with other systems for end-to-end processes.
• Create detailed technical documentation of configurations and decisions.
• Conduct thorough testing of configurations to validate functionality and data integrity.
• Provide user training and support during adoption.
• Assist with change management during transitions and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues in collaboration with support teams.
• Ensure security and compliance throughout implementations.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices.
