ICF is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications for federal contracts in the United States. You will mentor associate developers, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions meet client requirements with a focus on quality and security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 1+ years experience with Portal customization.
• 1+ years experience with advanced JavaScript.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into solution designs.
• Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Assist with data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications to enable end-to-end processes.
• Create detailed technical documentation for configurations and decisions.
• Support testing and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and user experience.
• Conduct user training and assist in change management during transitions.
• Troubleshoot incidents and problems related to ServiceNow implementations.
• Maintain security practices and compliance for implemented solutions.
