Job summary

ICF is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications for federal clients in the United States. You will work with architects and analysts to translate business requirements into effective solutions, developing complex scripts and data migrations while ensuring security and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of software development and 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, along with JavaScript proficiency and Agile

Qualifications

3+ years of software development experience.
2+ years experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
1+ years experience in JavaScript.
1+ years experience in agile software development.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
US Citizenship is required for this federal position.
Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
US residency required to perform work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements.
Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
Support data migration from legacy systems and ensure data integrity.
Assist with integrations to other systems and applications.
