Job summary

ICF International is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications for federal clients in the United States. You will work with Solutions Architects and Analysts to translate requirements into designs, develop scripts, migrate data, integrate systems, and ensure security and compliance.

Candidates must have 3+ years of software development, 2+ years ServiceNow, and US citizenship with ability to obtain DHS Public Trust.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 1+ years experience in JavaScript.
• 1+ years experience in agile software development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• US Citizenship is required for this federal position.
• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside in the United States and perform work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Solution Discovery & Design: translate business requirements into ServiceNow designs.
• Technical Implementation: develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Data Migration: design and validate migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Integration Management: assist in integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
• Technical Documentation: document configurations and data schemas.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: thoroughly test configurations for functionality and UX.
• User Training: support end-user training for the implemented solution.
• Change Management: assist during transition and resolve issues promptly.
• Incident and Problem Resolution: troubleshoot ServiceNow issues with support teams.
• Security and Compliance: ensure security and regulatory compliance of implementations.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices.
• Collaboration and Communication: coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.
