ICF Olson is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent. The role emphasizes automation, integration, and user experience, with a focus on delivering scalable, upgrade-safe solutions for a federal contract.

Qualifikationen

4+ years implementing ServiceNow solutions.
3+ years in CSM or ITSM with deployed Custom Application Development.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
