Job summary

ICF seeks an Associate ServiceNow Developer to configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications for client needs. You will work with Architects and Analysts to deliver solutions, migrate data, and integrate with other systems while maintaining high quality and security standards.

The role requires at least 6 months of hands-on ServiceNow experience, a mainline certification (preferred SA), and an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• ServiceNow mainline certification with preference for System Administrator.
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
• US residency and work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to meet requirements.
• Support data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Assist with integrations to other systems and applications.
• Produce technical documentation of configurations and data schemas.
• Conduct testing to validate functionality and data integrity.
• Assist in user training and change management.
• Troubleshoot incidents and issues related to implementations.
• Adhere to security practices and compliance requirements.
• Continue learning to stay current with ServiceNow features.
