Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver dashboards, applications, and automated workflows that drive value.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript and scripting skills, and a track record of building maintainable, high-performing enterprise solutions in a Federal contracting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development on the ServiceNow platform.
• US citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust
• Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and components.
• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Customize and implement workflows, business rules, and UI experiences on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead technical direction, provide mentorship, and share best practices with the team.
• Ensure quality through testing, documentation, and performance optimization.
• Stay current with ServiceNow features and industry trends to drive improvements.
