Job summary

ICF International in Reston, VA seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications for federal clients. You will work autonomously and with a team, mentoring associate developers to deliver robust solutions.

Responsibilities include discovery and design, technical implementation, data migration, integration management, testing, training, and change management while adhering to security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

6+ years of software development experience.
3+ years implementing ServiceNow solutions.
1+ years Portal customization experience.
1+ years advanced JavaScript experience.
2+ years in agile software development.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
US Citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

Solution Discovery & Design: Work with Solutions Architects and BAs to translate business outcomes into ServiceNow designs.
Technical Implementation: Implement ServiceNow solutions; develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
Data Migration: Design and execute data migration ensuring data accuracy and proper structures.
Integration Management: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems to create end-to-end processes.
Technical Documentation: Document configurations, data schemas and decisions for future reference.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test configurations for functionality and data integrity; address issues.
User Training: Support end-user training for adoption of the solution.
Change Management: Assist users during transition; address inquiries and issues.
Incident and Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues; coordinate with support teams.
Security and Compliance: Adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices; pursue certifications.
Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders; share risks and status.
