Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations, ensuring platform health and efficiency across on-prem and SaaS integrations.

You will guide architecture reviews, oversee vendor support, and drive best practices while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 7+ years designing and architecting ServiceNow or large enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow automation (Flows, Playbooks, Integration Hub).
• Experience with low-code/no-code aspects of ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership of the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and design scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Architect, configure, and guide ServiceNow applications to meet business needs while maintaining platform health and stability.
• Oversee vendor and third-party support for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead architecture reviews and enforce best practices.
• Evaluate health scan findings and provide remediation recommendations.
• Oversee evaluation, selection, and implementation of ServiceNow products.
• Develop integration strategies with third-party systems to enhance functionality.
• Define data archiving strategies to meet performance needs.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
• Ensure security standards are met in design and implementation.
