Job summary

Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions in a hands-on, technically focused role. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM.

You will guide solution design, development, and integrations while driving platform strategy and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience at an architecture level.
• Experience designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SecOps, GRC/IRM.
• Proficiency with CMDB, CSDM, and integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall ServiceNow technical architecture and solution design.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to develop scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on architect who can provide technical leadership while remaining involved in solution design, development, integrations, and platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall ServiceNow technical architecture and solution design.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and technical architectures.
• Lead architecture and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development and architecture best practices.
• Design solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SecOps, GRC/IRM and custom applications.
• Support CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management architecture where required.
• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and development standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and engineers.
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, releases, and new ServiceNow capabilities.
• Work with security and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities, including Now Assist, AI, Automation and App Engine, and identify opportunities for adoption.
• Troubleshoot complex architectural and technical issues across the platform.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with significant experience working at an architecture level.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, configuration, development, and integrations.
• Strong experience with ITSM and at least several additional ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with CMDB and CSDM architecture.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Experience with Service Portal, Service Catalog, Flow Designer and App Engine.
• Experience leading technical teams and providing architectural direction.
