Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of platform implementations. You will partner with IT leadership, ServiceNow Dev teams, and business stakeholders to translate imperatives into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform expertise (architecture, implementation, delivery).
8+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, SAM, or equivalent.
CTA certification, CMA certification, and EA certification demonstrate senior-level capability.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy; own the platform roadmap from discovery through go-live and optimization.
Direct delivery teams on complex, multi-module implementations (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, etc.); ensure governance and best practices.
Engage with CIO/CTO/CFO and IT leadership to define strategic platform vision and business outcomes; act as trusted technical advisor.
Define scalable, secure architecture solutions for modules, integrations, and custom apps.
Design platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, and data governance aligned with regulatory requirements.
Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solution designs and detailed user stories with IT teams.
Review designs and data models for quality and compliance; drive accountability for schedule and outcomes.
Coordinate with partners and vendors to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.
