Job summary

Senior Market Sales is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Owner/Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of platform implementations. You will partner with IT leadership, developers, and business stakeholders to translate imperatives into scalable ServiceNow solutions and ensure platform health.

This leadership role requires cross-functional collaboration, governance participation, and the ability to drive value realization across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight (8)+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform Expertise (primary focus) in architecture, implementation, and delivery.
• Eight (8)+ years designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/CSM/HRSD/GRC/FSO/SAM or equivalent.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Certified Master Architect (CMA).
• Enterprise Architecture Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy; own platform roadmap from discovery through go-live and optimization.
• Direct delivery teams (developers, analysts, admins, testers) on complex multi-module implementations (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, SAM).
• Engage C-suite and IT leadership to define strategic platform vision, outcomes, and change management; act as trusted technical advisor.
• Define scalable, secure architecture solutions for ServiceNow modules, integrations, and custom apps.
• Design platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, and data governance with IT teams.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow designs and user stories with IT project managers.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and platform best practices.
• Review design docs, data models, and integration patterns for quality and compliance.
• Lead scope, risk, and escalation management across complex implementations.
• Coordinate delivery with partners, developers, and SI teams for alignment and handoffs.
• Assess existing instances for health and upgrade readiness; recommend optimizations.
• Lead governance boards and strategy forums; escalation point for strategy and change management decisions.
• Develop proof-of-concept demonstrations and detailed business cases quantifying platform value.
