Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC seeks an experienced ServiceNow architect/engineer to lead administration, development, and solution design. You will work with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITSM/ITOM/ITAM solutions, integrate with CMDB, Discovery, Flow Designer, and Service Portal, and drive ITIL-aligned processes.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and capability to manage complex platform upgrades and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow administration, development, and architecture.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.
• Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Experience in workflow automation, integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Mentor teams and drive best practices in architecture and administration.
• Oversee platform upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.

Job description

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, development, and solution architecture.

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.

Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Experience in workflow automation, integrations, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

ITIL Foundation

Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Nice to Have:

DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.

Enterprise application integrations.

Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
